Warranties (USED GEAR)

All used products do not come with any warranty’s from Rent My Video Gear or the manufacturer unless otherwise said within the product details.

Returns | Inspection Period (USED GEAR)

We allow a 3-day inspection period on all USED GEAR items. If, for any reason, you want to return the item within those 3 days, simply email [email protected] to request a return for a refund.

All return shipping is customers expense and must be accompanied with shipping insurance.

Restocking Fee (USED GEAR)

All returns will be charged the rate of what a 3-day rental would be for that particular product(s). After the 3^rd day (inspection period), we do not allow returns and all sales would then be final.

Shipping (USED GEAR)

We ship to all 50 states only. At this time, we do not ship internationally. A direct signature is required on most packages with a value of $250 or more. Orders are shipped within one business day of being placed minus weekends and holidays.
